Our client who is a leading manufacturer of quality home technology products and operates nationwide, are currently a Receptionist to join their team based in Canning vale for an ongoing to permanent basis.
The main functions of this role will include:
- Front of house reception duties.
- Manage a busy switchboard, taking messages and redirecting calls regarding all inquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments to provide updates.
- Actioning the email inbox, responding to general queries, and redirecting emails.
- Maintain and manage the internal database.
- Welcome all visitors.
You will require the following:
- Availability to commence immediately
- Strong phone presence and a professional presentation
- Previous Office based experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Own transport (no public transport available)
