On offer is a temporary assignment with possibility of extension that will build your exposure and potential career in the State Government sector.

• Temporary position
• Pay Rates $35 - $38 per hour + superannuation - depending on experience
• Location - Perth CBD
• Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday
• 3 month temporary contract with potential extension available.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently

Maintain a tidy and organised reception area

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Support other departments as needed

Desired requirements :

Worked in State Government sector previously

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Professional approach to corporate lifestyle

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
