As a Curtain & Blind Project Manager and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. You will also handle sales efforts, working directly with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales. This role combines project management, client relationship-building, and sales.
- Oversee curtain and blind installation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Track project progress and manage any changes or issues that arise.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and reports.
- Project Management:
- Generate new leads and actively follow up on sales opportunities.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and provide product recommendations.
- Provide quotes and process sales orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
- Sales Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service from initial contact to post-installation follow-up.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Advise clients on the best curtain and blind options based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Offer customisation options and suggestions for unique window treatments.
