About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Turf Sales and Project Manager to join the team at Hancey's Turf Supplies' in Woodford, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing sales of our premium turf products to both residential and commercial customers, as well as overseeing the execution of turf installation projects.

What you'll be doing

Engage with customers to understand their turf and landscaping requirements, and provide expert advice on the best solutions

Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for turf supply and installation projects

Manage the end-to-end delivery of turf installation projects, including coordinating with subcontractors and our internal team

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and industry partners

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to grow our customer base

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the sales team

Ensure all sales and project activities are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a sales or project management role within the landscaping/horticulture industry

Strong technical knowledge of turf types, installation methods and maintenance requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders

Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and project management strategies

Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office suite

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required
