Exciting opportunity to join a multiregional business based in West Perth. They are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team.

Key Duties;

• Provide and maintain the IT support function, by providing support via email, phone or helpdesk ticketing system to all APAC and EMEA users.
• Manage account provisioning, transfers and offboarding for all APAC and EMEA employees.
• Support a variety of users with divergent needs and skill levels, translate user needs into viable solutions, accurately troubleshoot, and diagnose technology issues in a complex international networked environment.
• Proactive monitoring and response to all network infrastructure and services including daily backup management.
• Develop, support and maintain the technology environment and applications, including Mobile Device Management and cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Entra.
• Be actively involved in shaping the future of all things Microsoft 365.
• Be actively involved in improving processes and updating documentation.

Nice to have’s;

• Relevant tertiary qualification with Information Technology subject majors or minimum of 3 years’ experience within the IT Industry in a user support role.
• Industry certifications, training or experience relevant to Microsoft technologies.
• Experience administering hosted platforms, enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint.
• A high degree of knowledge and comfort with modern digital tools such as smartphones, tablets, device apps and Internet based services.
• Excellent communications skills – particularly in regard to working with people remotely.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Time management skills.
• Team player attributes and ability to provide Level 1 and 2 IT helpdesk support
