Due to ongoing growth, this leading builder is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the next phase of an exciting medium-density and single dwelling residential community project in Mount Barker.

The Role
The successful Site Manager will have strong communication skills to lead and manage effective delivery of builds. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Cultivate and manage project schedules and allocate resources accordingly
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers to specific timeframes
• Understand and promote current Work Health Safety standards
• Form and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients, trades and stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality projects on time and adhere to the highest quality

The Like Mind
Our client is seeking a Site Manager with proven experience in overseeing Medium-Density Residential Construction or Commercial Construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing site operations, ensuring smooth project execution, and upholding high-quality standards throughout the build. A current building licence is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills to effectively lead teams, coordinate stakeholders, and meet project deadlines.
