Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 1 year Proven experience as a First Class Sheet Metal Worker
• Experience with light to medium fabrication 0.55mm to 8mm
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Relevant trade qualifications and certifications

Tasks & responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal products and structures
• Work with Galvabond & Zinc Anneal
• Exposure to Aluminum and Stainless Steel is helpful
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Operate welding and metal cutting equipment
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Report to supervisor daily
• Train and support the development of apprentice tradespeople.
