Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care:
- Provide essential healthcare services, including vaccinations, wound care, care plans, health assessments, and medication support.
- Work alongside doctors to ensure patients receive the best care within Medicare guidelines.
- Maintain medical equipment and supplies to support clinical operations.

2. Education and Training:
- Assist in onboarding and training new nurses, sharing best practices to enhance team knowledge.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and professional growth.

3. Record-Keeping and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment documentation and supply inventory.
- Follow all safety regulations and clinical guidelines to ensure best practices are upheld.
