THE ROLE:

You will play a vital role in our Property Acquisitions department. You will be responsible for:

• Building long term relationships selling agents, developers and industry professionals.
• Sourcing and negotiating on appropriate properties
• Conducting market research and due diligence
• Completing site visits where necessary
• Preparing and presenting property proposals to clients
• Assisting with contracts administration
• Tracking and recording all relevant data into our CRM
• Nurturing clients through their investing journey and maintaining strong relationships
  

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT?

• Minimum Qualification REIQ Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Must have proven experience in building and developing relationships with industry professionals
• Excellent conversation and negotiation skills
• Creative thinker and forward planner
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Highly motivated and a self-starter
• A go-getter, who thrives on getting results and high achievement
• Demonstrate highly developed networking and influencing skills
• Be flexible and resilient
• Have a current driver’s licence and your own reliable car
• Be fully computer literate, and having a knowledge of Apple Mac will be an advantage but not essential
• Willingness to "go the extra mile", and not be a "clock watcher"
• Have direct knowledge and experience in Property Investing
• Be passionate about working in a place which makes a difference to people’s lives
