The team is responsible for delivering modular, high-performance devices, managing the complete RF signal chain—from signal generation through to antenna integration.

Opportunities Available

1. Mid-Level RF Electronics Engineer
An ideal role for engineers with a solid foundation in RF hardware design and a few years of practical experience. You will work closely with senior team members on schematic and PCB design, testing, and troubleshooting, gaining exposure to cutting-edge RF technologies and expanding your technical expertise.

2. Senior RF Electronics Engineer
Perfect for experienced engineers ready to take ownership of complex RF design challenges. You will lead specific modules or product areas, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to ensure products meet the highest standards. Strong design, testing, and problem-solving skills are key.

3. Principal RF Electronics Engineer
A strategic leadership role for highly seasoned professionals. You will define system architecture, drive technical direction, and oversee all aspects of RF design, testing, and validation. Mentoring and guiding the engineering team, ensuring industry-leading performance, and resolving complex hardware challenges are central to this position.

Core Responsibilities (Applicable Across All Levels)
•Design, develop, and test RF hardware, including schematic and PCB design using Altium.
•Troubleshoot RF circuits, high-speed digital interfaces, and hardware issues.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver modular, scalable products.
•Contribute to component selection, documentation, and design reviews.
•Support manufacturing setup, test specification development, and debugging processes.
•Participate in hardware validation at module and system levels.
•Apply sound industry practices for documentation and quality control.

For Senior & Principal Levels:
•Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices.
•Lead design reviews and contribute to architecture discussions.

For Principal Level:
•Define system-level architecture and ensure alignment with product strategy.
•Oversee RF performance stability, accuracy, and long-term maintainability.
•Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex hardware issues.

Skills, experience & qualifications required across all levels:
•Degree in Electronics Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
•Experience in RF hardware design and testing.
•Proficiency with Altium for schematic and PCB design.
•Familiarity with RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analysers, signal generators, etc.).
•Understanding of RF fundamentals: matching networks, filters, receiver sensitivity, etc.
•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
•Good documentation and communication skills.
