Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop PCBs, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Develop and test firmware for STM32 or similar microcontrollers, with a focus on motor control.
• Work on hardware design around EMI/EMC requirements driven by standards such as DO-160.
• Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to integrate electronics into larger systems.
• Contribute to supply management and configuration control for electronics components.
• Support the development of camera gimbals and related embedded systems.
• Ensure compliance with aviation hardware requirements for manned and unmanned systems.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in electronics engineering.
• Strong experience with hardware, firmware, and software development.
• PCB design experience (Altium preferred but not essential).
• Experience developing firmware for STM32 or similar platforms, especially in motor control applications.
• Exposure to aviation hardware and ruggedized electronics.
• Experience with EMI/EMC-driven hardware design and compliance testing.
• Familiarity with camera gimbal systems is a plus.
• Experience in supply chain management and configuration control is a plus.
• Passionate about technology and innovation.
