We are a growing accountancy firm who are looking for a senior accountant to join us on our journey. We are a family orientated office with flexible work conditions looking for someone keen to develop and implement their skills and enjoy real career progression.

This position will be fully remote with flexible working hours.

Your key responsibilities would include:

• Preparation of financial statements for a range of small to medium sized businesses.
• Preparation of tax returns and tax planning for all entity types.
• Activity statement and bookkeeping preparation.
• Cash flow budgeting and management reporting.
• Liaising directly with clients and directors.
• Manage and complete work flows autonomously.

Skills & Attributes:

• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Completed or completing a university degree in an accounting related field.
• Completed CA or CPA programs.
• Previous experience in WFH/Remote/Hybrid arrangements
• An ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• A high level of attention to detail and initiative.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Must be currently based in the Sydney, Central Coast and Hunter regions.
