Position

This is a Senior Accountant position within their Business Advisory team, supporting large private clients. While the role is fully remote, you’ll still have regular check-ins with your manager, ongoing training and development opportunities, and the option to attend national events in person. You’ll never be left to just figure things out on your own. The structure is there, and so is the support.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing compliance and advisory engagements for complex private entities
• Liaising regularly with clients, building relationships and identifying value-add opportunities
• Managing your own schedule, deliverables and workflow while keeping stakeholders up-to-date
• Leveraging technology and cloud-based systems to streamline processes and collaboration
• Participating in ongoing upskilling (virtual and on-site) to stay current on industry best practices

Candidate

• 5+ years’ experience in Australian Public Practice within Business Services
• Located within 1 hour of an airport and must be currently living in QLD, NSW, VIC or SA
• CA or CPA qualified, comfortable leading/working on engagements for sizable private clients
• Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines remotely
• Confident communicator, capable of building rapport and trust with clients and team members
• Tech-savvy, with a knack for picking up new systems and embracing cloud-based workflows
• Self-driven and solution-oriented, seeking a long-term career move with relocation options if desired
