• Passionate about making specialty coffee
• Excited to learn everything from roasting to latte art
• A team player who thrives in a high-energy environment
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused
• A great communicator with serious speed behind the machine
  

What You Bring:

• Ability to handle high-volume service under pressure
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A deep love for specialty coffee and a hunger to learn
• Willingness to adapt to new brewing techniques
• Ideally 2 years’ experience in a high-volume cafe
• Confidence working with 5kg+ of coffee per day
