Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile team member who can seamlessly cover multiple roles including Front of House, Housekeeping, and Breakfast Shift responsibilities. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values hospitality, and is eager to contribute to a welcoming and high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of House:

Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately.

Showing guests around the property and showing them the communal areas for relaxation and dining.

Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries via email or phone.

Ensure the front desk and reception areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming.

Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation, and special requests.

Assist in the restaurant with evening dining shifts, sometime lunch sittings, setting tables, planning seating plans, serving food and drinks, attending to guests requirements while giving exceptional service.

Maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests, ensuring their stay is memorable.

Housekeeping:

Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, including bed making, bathroom sanitation, and replenishing of amenities.

Take inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the manager when restocking is required.

Ensure public areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.

Handle guest laundry requests and ensure guest rooms are stocked with necessary items (towels, toiletries, etc.).

Adhere to all health and safety standards, following established cleaning protocols.

Breakfast Shift:

Prepare and serve breakfast to guests in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure that all breakfast items (hot, cold, and continental) are fresh and presented beautifully.

Manage breakfast area setup and breakdown, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests enjoy their breakfast experience.

Handle any special dietary requirements or requests with care and attention.

Key Skills and Attributes:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a small team.

Flexibility to cover different shifts, including mornings and weekends.

Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar customer service role is advantageous.

A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Hours & Availability:

Flexible working hours, including early mornings for breakfast shifts, evening restaurant and day shifts.

Occasional coverage for team members during holidays or absences.
