Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Newcastle Branch

As an integral part of our Customer Service team at the Newcastle Branch, you will play a crucial role in our interactions with valued customers. As the first point of contact, your position will help our Branch Manager and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, job authorisations, and meticulous record-keeping.
