Part-Time (3 Days) Onsite | Bundall, QLD | Potential to Move into Full-Time

United Housing is a dynamic and growing property development company focused on delivering high-quality Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) across Australia. We’re currently seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Officer to join our team in Bundall on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the business scales.

This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, detail-driven professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and brings strong expertise in Xero, accounts operations, and administrative coordination.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review BAS, IAS, and other ATO reporting (lodge if registered BAS Agent)
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with end of month
• Monitor cash flow and assist with expense tracking and budgeting
• Coordinate payroll and ensure STP and superannuation compliance
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and our external accountant
• Provide general administrative support across the business as required

✅ About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping, admin, and using Xero in a business setting
• Comfortable working onsite and independently in a small team
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Confident communicator, able to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in property or construction industry (desirable, but not required)
