With an increase in new house builds in the residential market and the opening of new housing developments, we have a strategic place in the market and Premix Concrete SA is currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Concrete Drivers to join our Team.

Premix Concrete SA is looking for Drivers at our following sites:

• Salisbury
• Gawler
• Lonsdale
• Callington

The role will include, but not limited to, delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites, fleet presentation and making safety a priority.

This position will require availability to work on Saturdays based on Industry demands.

The successful candidate will have:

• Current Heavy Vehicle license (minimum HR Class).
• Minimum 2 years Heavy Vehicle driving experience.
• Great driving history.
• Flexible approach to work hours (Monday to Saturday).
• Professional manner in dealing with Customers and your Team Members.
• Commitment to abide by NHVR rules.
• Have a great attitude and demonstrate a positive work ethic including being reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

If you have relevant concrete industry experience…THAT'S A BONUS…. and will be highly regarded……. However, DON’T STRESS, training will be provided.

Part of the role will also include:

• The ability to carrying out daily pre-start checks ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy and mechanically sound.
• Report any maintenance faults for repair.
• Delivering concrete to client sites along with managing slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete.
• Complete and fill out the appropriate delivery dockets.
• Passing on customer feedback to Central Dispatch and Plant Supervisor.
• Complete daily cleaning of truck and mixer.
• As always……Looking after our Customers.
