About the role

BVM Group Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Concrete Agitator HR Truck Driver to join our team in Auburn, NSW. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for safely operating a concrete agitator truck to deliver concrete to construction sites across the region. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of concrete to support our clients' projects.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate a concrete agitator truck with a HR license, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations
• Load, transport, and deliver concrete to designated construction sites
• Ensure the concrete is properly mixed and maintained at the required consistency during transit
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team, construction site managers, and other drivers to coordinate deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle to maintain its condition and identify any issues
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to each delivery
• Assist with other general duties as required to support the broader transport and logistics operations

What we're looking for

• License & Experience: A current HR (Heavy Rigid) Unrestricted Driver’s License with solid HR driving experience (concrete agitator experience is a bonus!).
• Demonstrated experience in the road transport or construction industry, with a strong understanding of concrete delivery processes
• Excellent driving skills and a commitment to safe, defensive driving practices
• Good communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients and construction site personnel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and delivery schedules
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete all required documentation
• Physical fitness to perform the manual tasks associated with the role
• Safety First: A valid WHS General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card) or willingness to obtain one.

• Fit & Ready: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening (random tests apply).
