The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Manager for our Care Team who can mentor, lead and manage our team of experienced Care Managers. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about empowering their team to achieve the best possible outcome for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, support and mentoring to our team of Care Managers.
• Oversee the delivery of client-centred care by Support Workers and Care Managers in line with Aged Care and NDIS frameworks and CPE Group’s values.
• Ensure compliance with Government standards, including the upcoming Support at Home changes.
• Report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the other members of the senior management team to facilitate change management strategies.
• Identify and lead strategic service improvements and growth.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless care.
• Monitor quality, performance, and service delivery outcomes and manage incidents (including SIRS reporting), feedback and complaints.
• Support the professional growth and development of your team.
• Provide support and guidance to your team to ensure our clients can maintain their independence and quality of life and remain living in the community.

About You

• Proven experience in a Care Team Manager or Senior leadership role in Aged Care and/or NDIS (minimum 5 years).
• Clinical background (Nursing or Allied Health) highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of home care and NDIS compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Person-centred approach with a passion for making a difference.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt and lead through change with confidence and compassion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills.
• Covid and Flu vaccination.
• National Police Clearance (within 6 mths).
• NDIS Clearance.
