Care Manager (Chinese Speaking) - Residential Aged Care

We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager to join the team at this highly regarded Residential Aged Care home.

The successful candidate will either be Mandarin, or Cantonese speaking as a large number of the residents are of this demographic.

About the Role:
This role involves leading and managing clinical care for residents, supporting and guiding staff, and monitoring performance.
You will improve resident care programs, resolve workplace conflicts, support and direct staff, maintain facility operations in the absence of the manager, and serve as the team leader for the care team.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking candidates will be highly regarded
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in evaluating and reviewing practice standards, assessment tools, and care plans in aged care.
• Demonstrated leadership in Residential Aged Care
