Care Manager - Aged Care Facility - Ballarat
A leading NFP aged care organisation is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to provide clinical leadership in all aspects of the operations of their large aged care facility in Ballarat.
In this role you will report to a Facility Manager, and work collaboratively with all levels of management, clinicians, carer's, residents, families, support staff and relevant community agencies to facilitate an effective resident focused service.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with minimum 5 years management expereince in aged care
- Minimum 3 years Clinical Care Management experience
- Familiarity with Personal Care and Resident Lifestyle
- Knowledge of Accreditation Standards
- Positive attitude that promotes the organizations concepts
- A current police record check
