About the role:

• Collaborate with a highly experienced Partner specialising in commercial deals.
• Oversee all legal aspects of business transactions, including contract drafting, negotiation, execution, and advising on regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in commercial disputes, including contract issues, insolvency, and regulatory investigations.
• Work with a team focused on strategic thinking, problem-solving, and achieving practical commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate:

• Experienced (3+ PQE) Commercial Lawyer
• Proven track record in commercial law (litigation and/or transactional), expertise in areas such as M&A transactions, capital raising, leasing, lending, general commercial contract review and drafting.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian university.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
