About the role

Are you an experienced wall and floor tiler looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity? Join the team at Inspired Tile Co' in Wollongong, NSW as a skilled Wall and Floor Tiler. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality tiling solutions for residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately measure, cut and install a variety of tiles on walls and floors to an exceptional standard
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling and priming as required

Mix and apply adhesives and grouts according to specifications

• Carefully plan tile layouts to optimise materials and achieve the desired aesthetic
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment
• Support the wider team as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget

What we're looking for

• Several years' experience as a qualified wall and floor tiler, ideally within the building trades industry
• Strong technical skills in measuring, cutting, laying and finishing tiles to a high standard
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
