Vacant position: Qualified Wall and Floor Tiler – Full Time

Experience required: minimum 2 years

K&M Tiling Bathurst Pty Ltd are in need of a fully qualified tiler, who has a strong understanding of time limits and quality of work in both commercial and residential tiling projects.

Tasks:

-Preparation of wall and floor surfaces for laying of tiles

- Removal of old grout and tiles

- Be able to read and understand the plans- to measure and mark surfaces for laying of tiles

-Porcelain, ceramic and natural stone install and restoration

- Cutting of tiles by using tile cutting equipment, grouting and caulking

- Good skills in screeding and calculating fall

- waterproofing

- Ability to work to time frames and deadlines

- Professional and respectful to clients and other trades

- Good communication skills

- Driven, with the ability to work autonomously

- Great work ethics and attitudes

- Attention to detail and quality

Certification required

- White card

- Cert 3 in wall and floor tiling

- Current driver’s licence

- Police check

To be successful you will

- Hold a current Drivers licence

- Have your own tools and reliable trade vehicle
