Key Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
• Providing personalised customer service, helping clients create their dream custom designs.
• Managing stock levels, with a focus on lab grown diamonds and bespoke creations.
• Implementing sales strategies and in-store promotional events.
• Maintaining high standards of product knowledge, particularly in custom design and lab grown diamonds.

• Proven experience in retail and customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passionate about custom designed jewellery and lab grown diamonds.
• Customer focused with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to reach their full potential.
