About the role

As the Sales & Operations Coordinator at Eclipse Soils, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's sales activities and ensuring the efficient delivery of products to our customers. This full-time position is based in our Subiaco office.

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with customers to process sales orders and manage delivery logistics
• Prepare quotes and tender documents.
• Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of products to customers across Western Australia
• Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and provide administrative support to the sales team
• Respond to customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Preparation of various quality control reports.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales coordination, logistics or customer service role
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
