In this role, you'll coordinate property sales from project inception to completion, gaining valuable experience with a respected property development business.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Agent Coordination: Manage relationships with sales agents, including engagement processes, commission negotiations, organizing regular meetings, and providing sales updates and reports.
- Display Suite and Showroom Management: Oversee the display suites and showrooms for each project, including arranging regular cleaning, managing keys, scheduling inspections, and coordinating access.
- Property sales advertising: Liaising with Marketing for online and offline advertising for property sales, ensuring inquiries are promptly forwarded to the appropriate sales agents.
- Sales Contract Management: Collaborate with solicitor to prepare and manage sales contracts including ordering contracts, addressing buyers’ amendment requests, overseeing contract exchanges, and ensuring smooth settlement processes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collect and review sales reports from sales agents, analyse sales data, and provide summary and insights to support strategic decision-making by management.
- Sales Documentation and Records Management: Maintain all sales documents and records including sales advice, contracts, price list, schedules, client database and any other sales related information to make sure they are complete, accurate and up to date.
- General Administration: Perform office administration tasks, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors, managing mail and stationery, organizing meeting rooms, arranging company team-building events, and handling other administrative duties as required.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales administration or coordination role, ideally in the property development or real estate industry.
- Knowledge of the residential property sales and accounting background is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
