Based in a lovely part of Melbourne's Inner CBD (Camberwell Area) this role of Commercial Team Assistant will support the Head of Property and three Commercial Property Managers.

This very successful funds management company manage large retail and government offices nationally.

This role is ideal for those with a strong Commercial or Residential Property administration background. As the focus is property management, this area would be advantageous.

There is great scope to grow into a property manager, finance or compliance role should you desire within the organization. A part of this role may be some interstate travel to inspect some of the funds assets, should the successful candidate like to be involved in this.

The role works alongside another Team Assistant, so plenty of support will be provided along with sound training. With up to date technology and procedures, this well known and highly successful brand would make a very good career move.

You will have a passion for Commercial Property and although some experience in commercial would be an advantage, it is not imperative to be successful in this role. The main attributes you must possess include a high level of organizational and administrative skills, great attention to detail, sound PC knowledge, and an important focus on diary and time management.
