About Us
We are a small, family-owned business specializing in all aspects of waterproofing, and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. This casual position, based at our Caboolture office, may lead to a full-time role. We’re seeking someone with experience in social media marketing to handle our online presence, along with general office duties. If you're organized and passionate about marketing, we'd love to hear from you!
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in social media management across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and other social media
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Adobe experience is preferred
- Photography skills are a bonus
- Previous experience in general office duties and data entry is essential
- Excellent communication skills for managing online engagement
- Drivers Licence is essential.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage and update social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels, to promote the business and engage with the audience
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media posts, stories, and ads
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner
- Assist with general office tasks, including data entry and administrative support
- Assist with basic photography for social media content
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Support with any additional administrative duties as needed
All office equipment will be provided, and onsite training will be available to help you succeed in this role.
You will need to be available Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.
Working hours and days are flexible. (3 days a week to start with is preferred)
