This position is a contract for up to a year for a motivated couple with handyman and Hirum booking system experience. Situated immediately adjacent to the Broadwater on the Gold Coast this resort is a favourite for families. We need an energetic couple with a positive attitude willing to work hard to regain customers. The business owners have a wealth of experience in the industry and will be available to provide support and advice to the successful applicants.

We are looking for:

• Real Estate Licence preferred but Resident Letting Agent a minimum requirement
• A good working knowledge of Hirum programme
• An in depth knowledge of body corporate operations
• Gardening and maintenance experience and a willingness to carry out minor tasks
• Marketing and social media experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• ABN required
