Il Toscano Pasta Bar is looking for a commi chef who would like to be part of our team for the new opening third restaurant in Gosford CBD.
We need a trustful and available person who can help us on this job.

We are looking for a minimum Certificate 3 chef or someone who has at least 3 full years experience in the kitchen and Italian food. Particularly behind the stove and making antipasti/ entrees

You will be trained for 1 week in order to learn our cooking system which includes the following tasks:
- Making fresh pasta with our machine.

- Preparation entrees

-Cleaning and hand washing

- Supporting the Pasta chef

We are looking for a well organized person who loves cooking and working in a clean environment.

Our ideal candidate would be with Italian cooking experience, close from work and willing to learn.

We offer you minimum of 25 hours per week up to 35. Wednesday to Sunday. The works hours might change depending of the job. Normally it is from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

We offer Casual jobs and Part Time.
