Focusing on amazing food and gorgeous atmosphere we are looking for an amazing chef to join the team. You will be working directly with the head Chef, a fantastic mentor opportunity, they will challenge you to be brilliant and plate some of the best food possible.

Ideally you will be across all sections of the kitchen and have strong protein skills, have fresh pasta experience highly desired. This is not just a normal restaurant, every dish you create is unique and delicious.

Requirements

  • Must have trade qualifications
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Some management experience is desirable for Sous position
  • Knowledge of ordering, stock control and training and development of chefs
  • Come from a creative A la Carte environment
  • A passion for learning and increasing their culinary experience
