The Role
As our business grows, we’re looking for a proactive administrative superstar with a background in admin and customer service within a trade-based environment. This full-time, remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting our expanding team. The ideal candidate is highly organised, capable of multitasking, and experienced in collaborating with tradespeople in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinate and schedule work for both sales consultants and tradespeople
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate data records with strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Prior admin and customer service experience in a trade-based business
- Proficiency with SimPro is essential
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills in a demanding workload
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy across various software applications
- Familiarity with Sydney’s geographic areas is a plus

Additional Information
- While this is a remote role, you will be required to attend 1–2 weeks of induction training in Sydney, so does suit a Sydney based candidate.
- Monthly in-person team meetings in Sydney are also mandatory.
- Ideally, candidates should have experience with SimPro job management; alternatively, job management or trade experience is essential.
