We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base within the SMB sector. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in solution-based selling and commercial relationship management. You will identify business needs, present tailored recycling solutions, and build long-term partnerships that drive both customer success and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and engage with SMBs to introduce Grima Recycling’s services and develop new sales opportunities.
• Solution-Based Selling: Assess client needs and present customized recycling and waste management solutions that offer both cost savings and environmental benefits.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Consultative Approach: Educate clients on sustainability benefits and compliance requirements to help them optimize their waste management practices.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and local business needs to enhance sales strategies.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including proposal preparation and negotiations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in recycling, waste management, or sustainability sectors.
• Strong track record in solution-based selling and commercial relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
