Our head office is in Seven Hills, Western Sydney, with a main warehouse in West Gosford, NSW. We serve customers across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to manage, retain, and grow our dealer network across New South Wales (NSW) and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). This role is perfect for someone who has a genuine passion for sewing machines and education, and who thrives in building strong relationships while helping dealers grow their business. You’ll play an essential role in driving sales growth, educating dealers on product features, and ensuring that customers have the best experience possible. Frequent travel is required, and you will be based out of our West Gosford office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing dealers.

Identify upselling opportunities and increase sales.

Maintain regular communication via phone, email, and in-person visits.

Organise dealer promotions and special offers.

Attend and represent the company at industry trade shows.

Provide social media content and assist in dealer advertising.

Conduct product training sessions for dealers.

Prospect and onboard new business opportunities.

Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years’ experience in Sales/Account Management.

Strong knowledge of sewing machines and related products.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.

Valid Driver’s Licence (frequent travel required).

Skills & Attributes
