Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate compelling content for our social media channels, including Instagram, and TikTok.
• Coordinate and direct photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
• Analyse social media metrics and marketing data to optimise campaigns and improve performance.
• Manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including content creation, design, and analysis.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in strategic planning for product launches and promotional events.
• Maintain an organised content calendar and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Engage with our online community, responding to inquiries and fostering relationships with followers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in fashion marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and graphic design principles.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly in the fashion industry.
• Confident in front of the camera, with experience in creative directing photoshoots.
• Excellent strategic planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
