Assistant Manager - Step Up & Take the Lead

The Role:
Ready to level up? This is your chance to step into leadership, gaining the skills and experience needed to progress into Restaurant or Venue Management. You'll work side-by-side with senior leaders, learning how to run a high-energy, fast-moving restaurant while building your operational, leadership, and business acumen.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead from the Floor - Be hands-on, supporting the team, and setting the standard for service excellence.
• Coach & Develop the Team - Mentor and train team members, building a pipeline of future leaders.
• Run Smooth Operations - Support the Restaurant Manager in managing labour, stock, and financial targets.
• Create an Engaging Atmosphere - Ensure every guest experience is memorable, positive, and full of energy.
• One Team, One Dream - No front or back of house-everyone works together to succeed.

About You:

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue, including QRS, fast-food or casual
• A passion for people, food, and delivering incredible customer experiences.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership potential.
• A desire to learn, grow, and progress into a Restaurant or Venue Manager role.
• Someone who thrives under pressure and loves the energy of a fast-paced environment.
