We are seeking a unique individual with experience within the cosmetic medicine industry to join us as our dedicated Patient Liaison at Ascension. The Patient Liaison is the key contact for all new patients who are consulting with a Cosmetic Physician at Ascension.
As our Patient Liaison, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of customer service and dedicated support throughout their journey with us.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse patients, along with experience in a patient- facing or customer service role, within healthcare. Excellent organisational skills and, attention to detail. A warm, empathetic demeanour and a passion for patient care are key, experience as a Dermal Therapist/Clinician is highly desirable.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing a warm and welcoming point of contact for all patients, either in person, over the phone or via email
• Scheduling and coordinating extensive patient treatment plans, ensuring efficient patient flow
• Staying in close contact with our VIP patients and carefully planning their cosmetic care around their busy schedules
• Assisting patients with any billing or administrative queries
• Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records in our practice management system
• Collaborating with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Promoting our services and treatments to prospective patients
• Continuously improving our processes to enhance patient satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Proven experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within the healthcare industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in using computer systems and medical software
• A warm, friendly and empathetic demeanour, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care
• Previous experience as a Dermal Therapist/Clinician is highly desirable
