About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide administrative support to the Court Liaison Service, as well as confidential administrative support to the Court Liaison Service Clinical Director and Team Leader.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- The ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, make informed decisions and achieve results.
- Provide high quality medical transcription services including letters, medico-legal reports and other correspondence as required.
- Act as secretarial support for meetings including meeting coordination, preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Provide assistance with the entry and management of clinical case material and activity into mental health databases, including responsibility for co-ordinating the opening and closing of referrals and service episodes.
