We are looking for a dedicated part time 20 hours a week Accountant and Franchise Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our financial management across these diverse businesses.

Position Overview:

As the Accountant and Franchise Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting Group Accountant the financial operations across our companies. You will ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and support strategic financial planning and coordinate with Franchise Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Group Accountant to prepare and consolidate financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across all entities as per instruction from Group Accountant.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, facilitating timely completion and resolution of issues.
• Assist Group Accountant to prepare cash flow forecast report, working capital, and financial risk across the group.
• Prepare and provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders as per instruction from Group Accountant.
• Assist and coordinate with Franchise management team and Finance team to promote a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (prefer Xero) and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
