We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join the finance team of a nationally known FMCG company to play a key role in analysing and reconciling financial and operational reports across multiple external meat production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and reconcile financial and operational reports from external meat processing facilities.
• Review financial performance and escalate changes in trends or discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve stakeholder queries while managing accounts payable for the Meat Production business unit, overseeing payments of approximately $2.8 billion per year.
• Identify opportunities to improve or streamline existing manual processes within Meat Finance and the broader business.
• Provide ad hoc financial support and reporting as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with non-financial stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders to develop effective business solutions.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
