Veterans First Consulting is seeking a dedicated Onboarding Consultant to assist current and ex-serving military members with their DVA claims. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in helping veterans achieve fair and accurate compensation and benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding calls to discuss injuries, existing claims, and potential benefits for clients.
• Enroll clients in our services and ensure they are set up for success.
• Call new leads and schedule initial consultations for yourself and other team members.
• Provide exceptional support and guidance to veterans throughout the claims process.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is required
• Experience with DVA is required
• Outgoing personality with a passion for speaking to new people over the phone
• Strong interest in supporting Australian military veterans
