About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Motor Claims Consultant to join our growing claims team, specialising in end-to-end claims management.

Skills & Experience:

Previous end to end motor vehicle claims or accident management experience essential

Timely and cost-effective management of a complex portfolio

Strong account management, along with the ability to foster relationships through continuous communication, with internal and external stakeholders

Technical knowledge to investigate, assess and negotiate settlement appropriately

The ability to problem solve and think outside the box in a fast-paced environment
