FIRM

This represents an opportunity with an impressive accounting firm based in Rhodes. This firm is growing rapidly due to the great leadership shown by their Partners. The firm offers a wide variety of services ranging from tax advisory, tax compliance, bookkeeping and wealth creation.

POSITION

Due to strong growth the position of Senior Administrator has been created.

Working alongside a team of administrators, the role will involve the following:

  • Support the accounting team
  • Client relationship management
  • Managing workflow and deadlines
  • Liaising with the ATO
  • ASIC Corporate Compliance
  • Database management
  • Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 4+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
  • Experience with all facets of public practice administration
  • Experience with cloud based software programs would be highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to be a team player
