We have a opportunity for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager and senior waitstaff to join our busy Restaurant & Wine Bar established over 20 years in the heart of Sydney CBD

We are looking for candidates who have visible presence on the floor and assist in the smooth operation of the day-to-day restaurant activities and maintaining standards.

This is a hands-on role that requires you to lead by example together with our enthusiastic team. Some knowledge or interest in French and Italian cuisine and wines is necessary.

You will assist in helping operate the restaurant at maximum profitability whilst maintaining the highest standards in service focusing on leaving our guests with a memorable experience.

You will be provided with strong guidance and the opportunity to grow your career in a friendly and harmonious work environment. We have flexible shifts and a flexible roster involving overseeing different services - lunch and or dinner.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience leading or running a la carte restaurant sections ideally in a similar venue

Must possess sufficient English communications skills whilst working in a busy environment and willing to work a flexible roster with rotating shifts and days off.
