We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaner to join our team at Eleebana Shores Retirement Village.

About Us

Eleebana Shores Retirement Village comprises 140 luxurious designer villas and apartment and a world class recreation centre. situated in a tranquil rural setting. The Village is run by a small dedicated team of 9 staff, including the cleaner and the Village Manager, plus an active owner is regularly onsite.

Our mission is to provide the optimum living environment for residents.

About This Position

This full-time Cleaner role is essential to ensuring our community centre and the village’s communal areas, including apartment wakways, are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene. This role may involve occasional residential cleaning and exterior cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the village’s community centre and other communal areas to a high standard.
• Clean exterior fixtures, structures and surfaces as required.
• Deliver positive customer experience for the village’s residents.
• Manage time efficiently.

About YOU:

The ideal individual will have experience in a similar role, cleaning commercial, recreational and office spaces. Must have an eye for detail and be able to work unsupervised. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise.

We are looking for someone with a warm, positive personality, a can-do attitude and a strong focus on excellent customer service.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning.
• Strong understanding of cleaning products, equipment and chemicals, particularly those suitable in a retirement village environment,
• Strong understanding of hygiene practices and standards.
• A solid work ethic with a commitment to delivering excellent results.
• Attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
• Effective time management skills.
• Capable of clear and professional communication.
• Capacity to work well and cooperatively in a small team.
