Key Responsibilities
Operational Support: Assist in managing the restaurant, bar, and beerhall, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
Team Development: Mentor, train, and test staff, encouraging skill development and growth.
Customer Engagement: Welcome regulars and new guests alike, going the extra mile to make them feel special.
Scheduling & Inventory: Help create staff rosters and manage stock levels to keep operations humming.
Business Contribution: Support the venue’s success by understanding costs, revenue, and performance metrics.
Quality Assurance: Maintain our commitment to exceptional food, beverage, and service quality.
Qualifications & Experience
Passion for hospitality and a desire to teach and mentor others.
Minimum of 2 years in a senior supervisory role or above in the hospitality industry.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
Strong communication and people skills.
Basic business acumen to support operational and financial goals.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a supportive environment.
