The Role:

As the Tax & Business Advisory Manager, you will take ownership of a $500K fee base comprising high-net-worth individuals and SMEs. This role offers a mix of hands-on compliance work alongside strategic advisory services to drive business success for your clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of HNW individuals and SME clients.
• Delivering high-quality tax compliance, business advisory, and strategic planning solutions.
• Providing leadership and mentorship, with future opportunities to expand and manage a team.
• Working closely with the firm’s partners to drive business growth and client success.
• Streamlining internal processes and ensuring exceptional client service delivery.
• Supporting and collaborating with an administration all-rounder to enhance efficiency.
• Handling some SMSF (Self-Managed Superannuation Fund) compliance and advisory work.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A registered Tax Agent's License or ability to attain one in the next 12 months
• CA/CPA qualification with extensive experience in tax compliance and business advisory.
• A proven track record of managing a diverse client base, ideally including HNW individuals and SMEs.
• Experience with SMSF compliance and advisory would be highly regarded.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on delivering value-driven advisory services.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
