The Role:

Mills Recruitment have been engaged by the company to work closely with them in the recruitment of a Business Services Manager with 7+ years experience to work closely with a Director in supervising the work of a small team as well as working closely with clients of varying size, structure and industry.

Successful Candidate must have:

• CA qualified with 7 years’ experience in business advisory services environment
• Ability to attract new clients and retain existing business by providing sound business and tax advice where appropriate
• Coordinating reviews of work by the production team of Senior and Intermediate accountants
• Setting individual and team goals in line with level of experience for staff
• Reviewing and monitoring high-end, complex work prior to being signed off at Partner level
• Developing and working with contacts from various networks and establishing strong relationships with all levels of decision makers
• An innovative approach and effective communication skills
• Sound analytical and problem solving skills
• Developing and imparting technical knowledge through training
• Developing and working with a network of contacts; maintaining effective relationships with key decision makers
• Seeking change and implementing it within the business unit via technology and automation
• Reviewing tax preparation and financial statements for all entity types on ad hoc basis
